Refund & Exchange Guidelines


You can choose to cancel your order by our following return policies:


To Cancel Your Order, Get A Refund or Exchange for Damaged Goods:


STEP 1: Filling and Submitting the Cancellation Documentation


Please contact our customer service team at to notify them about the cancellation so we can send you the order cancellation form by email. Complete the order Cancellation Form and send it back to us via email.


Please obtain and keep proof of the receipt and parcel information.




STEP 2: Refund & Exchange Process


If you choose a refund for the cancelled order, we will process the refund within 14 working days from receiving your order. You will receive an email notification once we have processed the refund.


If you have requested a replacement or exchange for a damaged goods or incorrect delivery, we will process it within 14 working days and will be delivered to your standard delivery location.




Returns Policy & Procedure:


We hope that you are satisfied with your order, but if you are not pleased and wish to cancel your order, you can only cancel for a refund before we dispatch your order.


You can use the cancellation form to cancel your order. In the case that the items listed on the dispatch note do not match your delivery note, please contact us by email at

Damaged or Incorrect Items:


If the items you received are damaged in any way, or incorrect to your order we will be delighted to exchange the items or offer you a refund. In such case, please notify us immediately by emailing our customer service team at


Please ensure that you provide us with the order number and keep the packing material and the damaged goods for inspection. Note that this is only applicable to orders online and will not be accepted for return or exchange at our retail locations. This policy does not affect your rights under law as a consumer.




Custom Clearance Regulations:


Tigerfootwear will provide all the necessary cosmetics documentations that you may need for clearance, but we are not responsible for any additional tax fees or other regulations that your custom clearance may require and we will not accept refund, exchange or return for such reasons.
