سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

يمكنك استبدال أو إرجاع أي منتج خلال ١٤ يوماً من تاريخ الاستلام، بشرط أن يكون بحالته الأصلية: غير ملبوس خارج المنزل، والنعل نظيف، ومع العلبة.

الاستبدال: نستبدل المقاس أو اللون. يتحمّل العميل رسوم توصيل الاستبدال (٣ دنانير)، أو يمكنه زيارة المصنع في أبو علندا، عمّان.

الاسترجاع: تُعاد قيمة المنتج كاملة بعد استلامه وفحصه. الطلبات المدفوعة بالبطاقة تُعاد إلى نفس البطاقة خلال ٥–١٠ أيام عمل، وطلبات الدفع عند الاستلام تُعاد نقداً عبر المندوب أو بتحويل بنكي. تُخصم رسوم الإرجاع (٣ دنانير) من المبلغ المسترجع.

إذا كان المنتج معيباً نتحمّل نحن رسوم الإرجاع.

لبدء الاستبدال أو الإرجاع، راسلنا على orders@tigerfootwear.com مع ذكر رقم الطلب.

Exchange & Refund Policy

You can exchange or return any item within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is in its original condition: unworn outdoors, sole clean, with its box.

Exchanges: we swap the size or colour. The customer pays the exchange delivery (3 JOD), or you can visit the factory in Abu Alanda, Amman.

Refunds: the full item price is refunded once we receive and check the item. Card orders are refunded to the same card within 5–10 working days; cash-on-delivery orders are refunded in cash through our driver or by bank transfer. The 3 JOD return delivery is deducted from the refund.

If the item is faulty, we cover the return delivery.
